October's Very Own offers returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, collaboration releases, and underwear are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
